Delegate is currently provided to a small number of design partners by invitation. These terms are deliberately short.
The service
Delegate records what you delegate and sends follow-up emails from your own connected mailbox until you mark the task complete, cancel it, or pause it. Only you can mark a task complete — no automated process can.
Your responsibilities
- Email sent by Delegate comes from your address and reads as though you wrote it. You are responsible for its content, and can review every message before it sends.
- You confirm you may store the contact details of the people you add, and that contacting them about work is appropriate.
- Keep your sign-in email secure. Anyone with access to it can sign in as you.
Availability
This is early software provided as-is, without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and you should not rely on it as the sole record of a legal or contractual obligation.
Ending it
You may stop using Delegate at any time. Disconnecting your mailbox stops all sending immediately. On request we will delete your organisation’s data within thirty days.
